• Perform as a trainer if necessary

• Responsible for developing, creating, monitoring and implementing training programs

• Helps works create long-term career plans within an organization

• Develops plans that support lines of service and objectives

• Conduct orientation sessions concern with rules and regulations

• Innovate, create and prepare training courses, teaching methods and training materials

• Prepare training presentation

• Create testing and evaluation processes

• Analyze leave and resign record, fine record, sales reports and customer survey report

• Prepare training plan according to evaluate needs of company

• Manage training room and other necessary materials

• Build solid cross-functional relationship

• Develop and enrich customer service experience

• Perform other related duties as required
